Two-storey Extension, Bedminster, Bristol

The aim of this two-storey house extension in Bedminster, Bristol was to create four additional bedrooms, making more space within the existing house of multiple occupancy (HMO). Gate5 Design Ltd provided construction and project management, covering Stages 5 & 6. Our role was to bring the agreed plans to life, coordinating the builders and the sequence of work on site.

From foundations and brickwork to the roof and internal finishes, we managed the construction as the extension took shape, continuing through the finishing work to handover. The photographs below follow that journey, showing the different stages of the build before moving into the completed rooms.
