Home Extensions

Single and two-storey extensions — rear, side return and wrap-around. Designed for light and flow, built with SIP panels and high insulation levels so the new space is cheap to run.

Architectural Design & Planning

Measured survey, concept design, planning applications and full technical drawings. Available on its own, or as the first stage of a design-and-build project.

Loft Conversions

Bedrooms, bathrooms and studies in existing roof space. Structure, stairs, dormers and building regulations handled end to end.

Garden Rooms & Outbuildings

Garden rooms, garden offices, summer houses and outbuildings, plus the garden design around them. Insulated and wired to be usable all year.

Construction

New builds, garage and barn conversions, renovations and refurbishments, hard landscaping and foundations — all trades in-house.
