Gate5 Design Ltd is a Bristol design-and-build company. We take on residential projects from the first survey through to handover: architectural design, planning applications, technical and structural drawings, and the construction itself.
Because the design work and the building work sit in the same company, drawings are produced by people who know how the detail will actually be built — which removes most of the delays and cost changes that come from splitting the two.
We build with SIP panels, timber and other low-carbon materials where they are the right choice, not as a headline. In practice that means a warmer, quieter space with lower running costs, and a planning case that is easier to argue.
The team holds trade qualifications across the disciplines we work in, carries public liability insurance, and is an accredited member of the Federation of Master Builders.
